School Impact-

HSC-work with school leaders to build bridges with community families.We meet with school officials to problem solve and seek solutions to keep students on track and families aware. HSC forms strength-base partnerships with families for the school community to access needed resources, and the infrastructures of the school. This work is done through:

Home Impact-
Provides a bridge to keep youth connected by providing needed services to help
them navigate into responsible, law-abiding citizens. Child advocacy is offered to mediate issues with families and schools as well as allocating needed resources within their particular school
community. HSC offers drug intervention/prevention services to teen through school & family referrals. Youth participate in drug prevention & awareness workshops.

The community program is
designed to embrace members of the community to assist with students families personal growth and development. All events held to empower and educate families to build a positive drug free lifestyle, while contributing to our society.

Overarching goal is to empower families by breaking down barrier to access needed resources. We assist in navigating future goals that will impact their daily lives as well as their futures, by strengthening protective factors, socially, emotionally, and academically in their home and community. HSC offers therapeutic supports.

Additional ​Programming
HSC is dedicated to providing Basic Life Support and CPR training to students and families. Our participants receive certificates with seals upon completion. We strive to create a community hub that strengthens partnerships and enhances the lives of families. At HSC, we believe that it takes a village to raise families with kids.
